Daehan Kim, founder of Embodied Dynamics, brings over a decade of experience helping individuals of all ages recover from injuries, enhance athletic performance, and manage chronic pain. His journey with chronic pain as a practitioner inspired him to combine the powerful modalities of manual osteopathy, kinesiology, and strength conditioning. Believing that true healing extends beyond symptom relief, Daehan empowers clients to build resilience, improve mobility and strength, and transform rehabilitation into a journey toward lasting vitality.
Daehan is committed to staying at the forefront of human physiology by continuously learning and conducting research. This dedication enables him to adapt and innovate when tackling complex cases, particularly those involving persistent pain. Currently, he is developing a sensorimotor training program designed to adapt to various conditions and goals, further enhancing his holistic approach to rehabilitation. He has also been collaborating with Simon Fraser University’s Pain Studies Lab.
Physical fitness and sports skill development have always been Daehan’s passion. In addition to serving as a therapist, he is also a Kettle Bell Instructor, holds a black belt in Taekwondo, and a green belt in Capoeira. He continuously explores and trains in martial arts like Kick Boxing and Wing Chun, and loves racquet sports such as tennis, squash, racquetball, and golf.
